We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when enrolling in a membership plan or contacting us. This may include:

Financial information: Canadian bank account details (institution number, transit number, account number) for the sole purpose of processing Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) payments and issuing your welcome bonus via Interac e-Transfer

3. How We Use Your Information

4. No Credit Bureau Access

Kredify does not access, review, query, or report to any credit bureau or credit reporting agency. Your enrollment is based on identity verification and confirmation of an active Canadian bank account. Your credit score and credit profile are completely untouched by Kredify.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

CreditBook Inc.: We share necessary information with CreditBook Inc. solely for the purpose of verifying your bank account (Instant Banking Verification) and processing your welcome bonus. Your explicit authorization is obtained before any such sharing.
Payment processors: Your banking information is shared with our payment processing partners solely for the purpose of executing Pre-Authorized Debit transactions.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure server infrastructure, restricted access controls, and regular security assessments.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. When your information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Kredify Inc. ("Kredify," "we," "us," or "our") is a Canadian company that operates an online financial education membership service accessible at kredify.ca. 1. Eligibility

To enroll in a Kredify membership, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of enrollment:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be a Canadian resident (services are not available to residents of the Province of Quebec)
Have active employment income (does not include EI, CERB, ODSP, child tax, disability, or any government benefits)
Hold an active Canadian bank account
Possess valid government-issued photo identification
Not be currently subject to bankruptcy or consumer proposal proceedings

Kredify reserves the right to verify eligibility at enrollment and at any time during your active membership.

2. Membership Plans

Kredify offers multiple membership tiers. Each plan has a defined subscription period, a number of scheduled instalment payments, a payment amount per instalment, and an associated welcome bonus. The following plans are currently available:

Starter: $145 × 3 payments — $250 welcome bonus
Silver: $150 × 4 payments — $350 welcome bonus
Gold: $172 × 5 payments — $500 welcome bonus
Platinum: $180 × 6 payments — $600 welcome bonus
Diamond: $200 × 7 payments — $800 welcome bonus
Elite MAX: $220 × 8 payments — $1,000 welcome bonus

The complete details of your selected plan — including all payment amounts, the full payment schedule, the subscription duration, and the welcome bonus — are presented clearly during enrollment and must be reviewed and confirmed by you before your membership is activated.

3. Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is a promotional incentive issued to members upon subscribing to a Kredify membership plan. The welcome bonus is not a loan, credit advance, or financial product. It is issued via Interac e-Transfer to the email address provided during enrollment. The welcome bonus is subject to successful identity verification, bank account verification via Instant Banking Verification (IBV), and execution of your membership agreement.

Kredify reserves the right to withhold, delay, or recover the welcome bonus in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, failure to complete verification, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Payments & Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)

A. Payment Processing

All membership fees are denominated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are processed via Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) from your Canadian bank account on the schedule disclosed at enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize Kredify to initiate PAD debits from your bank account in accordance with your selected plan's payment schedule.

B. Missed Payments

If a scheduled payment is not successfully processed (due to insufficient funds, closed accounts, blocked transactions, or any other reason), a missed instalment fee of $60.00 may be applied to your account. Kredify will attempt to contact you to arrange alternate payment. Continued failure to pay may result in account escalation, additional fees, and referral to a collections agency.

C. Bank Account Changes

If your bank account is closed, blocked, or otherwise unable to process payments, you must provide an updated void cheque or PAD authorization form to resume automatic payments. Contact hello@kredify.ca to update your banking information.

D. Alternate Payment

If a scheduled PAD payment fails, you may send your payment via Interac e-Transfer to hello@kredify.ca.

5. Financial Education Content

All Kredify membership plans include access to a library of self-paced financial education courses, practical tools, and resources. Course content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Kredify is not a registered financial advisor.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Kredify membership at any time by contacting support@kredify.ca. Upon cancellation:

Any remaining scheduled instalment payments remain due and payable as outlined in your membership agreement
Access to the course library and tools may be retained as specified in your membership agreement
The welcome bonus already issued is non-refundable

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, courses, tools, branding, and intellectual property on kredify.ca are owned by Kredify Inc. and are protected by Canadian copyright law. Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kredify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your membership, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on educational content provided through the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

10. Amendments

Kredify reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Kredify website (kredify.ca) or enrolling in any Kredify membership plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or enroll in any membership.

2. Description of Service

Kredify provides an online financial education membership service. Members receive access to a library of financial education courses, practical tools, and resources, as well as a one-time welcome bonus upon successful enrollment. Kredify does not provide loans, credit, financial advice, investment advice, or any regulated financial product or service.

3. Account & Enrollment

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information provided during enrollment. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify Kredify of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information during enrollment
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content or materials
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Enroll using another person's identity or bank account
Enroll multiple times using different identities to receive multiple welcome bonuses

5. Welcome Bonus Conditions

The welcome bonus is a promotional incentive, not a loan or financial product. It is issued at Kredify's discretion upon successful enrollment, identity verification, and bank account verification. Kredify reserves the right to recover the welcome bonus in full if:

You provided fraudulent or misleading information during enrollment
Your bank account cannot be verified via Instant Banking Verification (IBV)
You fail to meet the eligibility requirements at the time of enrollment
You default on your membership payment obligations

6. Service Availability

Kredify services are available to eligible Canadian residents only. Services are not available to residents of the Province of Quebec. Kredify makes no representations that the service is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kredify Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service, your breach of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any applicable law.

9. Termination

Kredify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other members, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kredify regarding the use of the service.
